I co-authored legislation that allows for the designation of "VETERAN" on drivers' licenses and special ID cards.

I co-authored the extension of the TOPS program for Military personnel on continuous active duty. I supported legislation that provides eligibility for tuition assistance for Louisiana residents who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces.
